The Construction Process

Clearing & Foundation

The builder will begin to clear the land, test the soil, and begin laying your foundation to ensure the home is level and structure will be sound. 

Framing & Systems

Once the foundation has been laid, they will begin framing your new home and putting in plumbing, electrical, and other systems.

Windows & Drywall

At this stage, the builder will begin adding your drywall, windows, and doors to secure the property.

Flooring & Cabinetry

It's all coming together! Now the beautiful floors, cabinets, and countertops you selected will be installed.

Finishing Touches

Now on to the final stage! Painting, appliances, landscaping, and all of those finishing touches to make the home yours!
